I'm always grateful when someone reaches out, offering to share their experience and talk openly about mental health.

I think, believe, that we all hope that by sharing we'll reach someone who is not OK, not doing great, and help them realise that t
I never know where I’m OK is going to take me next, or how people are going to choose to share. Every photo starts with a conversation about mental health, about why it’s so important to talk openly, about how we find our own way through
I am OK is all about challenging perceptions and finding people willing to share. This group of men gave me a warm welcome, listening me talk about the project and the people that I’ve worked with.
